Hello! I’m Andrew Scheffer, the founder and instructor of The School of Meditation. I’m a former Buddhist monk, meditation teacher and a financial advisor who spent over 20 years in the high-pressure finance world. Yes, you read that right – I learned how to juggle market charts and client meetings by day, and guide meditation sessions by night.

Meditation transformed my ability to thrive under those conditions – it was my secret weapon in finance, giving me clarity and calm that colleagues noticed immediately. Now, as a meditation teacher for the past 25 years, I’ve helped hundreds of professionals and parents integrate these techniques into their lives.

My teaching style is down-to-earth and results-oriented. No mysticism or jargon that doesn’t serve a purpose.
